X5 4K, 2.7K video is choppy (double frame)

Hey. Got the same issue, fast SD, fast M1 Mac, 180deg shutter rule and recorded in Dlog. It even occurs to me in normal flight, even without pan.. Anyone got a definitive fix for it? If there's no way it practically renders my whole setup unusable..
Speed was 90 kts, I usually fly up to 140..
