Back on topic, I got these done at Vistaprint on corrugated plastic , £7 each, made some sturdy frames from some angle iron

Here's an example of my final on-site signage.

I bought a few blank A-Boad signs and applied my own choice of warning with self adhesive, all weather vinyl.

I find this works better than any sign in keeping people away from me when flying (and it has a similar style logo as your avatar so perfect for you).
