Guidance settings won’t show up in DJI GO

So I can see that the system is working because when I plug and unplug it the logo shows and it says “ready to go (vision)” but I can’t access the settings or the map the shows the distances. I’ve tried updating and downgrading all the software but no use. Any help would be nice. The section on the app for the vision positioning sensors is there, it’s just empty
