Transfer dropped pins

Hey folks.

Is there a faster way to transfer dropped pins that are saved in my flight route. I have to take a picture of the QR code of each waypoint and then transfer them to google maps. I then copy the lat and long in google earth and transfer the file into a KML file. Once I import them in arc gis pro I transfer them into shapefiles. There has to be a easier way.
I'm using the Matrice 4dt with the dji RC Plus 2.

Use Flight Hub 2. It's free for a lot of useful features. Use your DJI account to log in. Make an Organization and then a new Project.

Your Annotations will be in a Shared File.

Go to Map Annotations, then Shared File. Export.




Choose the folder with a check in the box.




It will export a KML that in my experience is Google Earth friendly.
