I purchased the X5R and an OSMO handle and after mounting the X5R to the Inspire 1, I'm having some issues that I cannot figure out. First, the DJI Go app tells me that the aircraft needs updating, but the only new update is labeled for the X3 camera. Everything operates perfectly for me except the X5R will not recognize the SSD cards. Selecting "format SSD" always fails.
On the OSMO handle, same thing. I can't get the SSD cards to format.
So my question has many parts... first, how do I get the app to recognize that I am up to date since I don't use the X3 anymore? And how can I get the hardware to recognize the SSD cards?
