Video signal away from remote control

Hello everyone,

I would like to receive video from my matrice but away (like 2 or 3 km ) from the remote controller?

Exemple : I'm flying i have the video on my ipad and i want my friend who are 2km away watch the same live video.

Is it possible ? How can i do?
