Setting up RTK function on DJI M30T / Pilot 2 app

I just got my DJI M30T and decided to set up the RTK function. Somehow when I choose "custom network" I'm not able to input the data given to me by my state RTK provider. I'm guessing that I'm missing a step that will allow me to type in the information, such as the URL, mountpoint, username and password.

Any suggestions?

You should just be able to choose RTK to get to the RTK menu.
Then as you said, choose Custom Network.
Then enter your credentials.

Did you use the toggle to turn on RTK in the RTK menu?
If I remember correctly, you must turn on RTK to enter the credentials.
That is the only thing I can think of.
