Replacing X5 Gimbal Ribbon Cable

I have one where the motor mount has snapped and I also snapped the shaft from tightening the nut too much! I bought another damaged camera and put the good arm and motor on and now the camera just flashes green about 10 times but does nothing else, no movement and isn’t recognised on dji app? I’ve tried the nut in different angles but no luck, I’m now wondering if it could be the ribbon cable?
