Gimbal Issues

I did a couple of Smart Oblique area routes today, after doing the latest firmware update.

I was getting intermittent error messages that the gimbal pitch limit was reached and a few photos have part of the drone visible in the lower left corner. It was not windy at all.

Re-calibrated the IMU, gimbal and compass to no avail.

Anyone else seeing this? Not sure if it’s related to the firmware update or just a coincidence. I have opened a case with DJI.

I got those errors before with Smart Oblique.

I mostly use Single grid with a custom oblique angle though, so I can't say if I would still get them.
Next time I have the drone out I will test it out again.

Do you occasionally get pics with part of the drone in the corner too?

No, just the error once or twice.

I did a Smart Oblique area today that was about 11k images and saw just one gimbal pitch error and maybe 2 photos where the drone was visible in the lower left corner. Which is a lower rate than if I extrapolated yesterday.

I did a firmware refresh last night, but I’m not convinced that’s directly related yet.
