Bought used Matrice 210 v1. When opening pilot app it says my drone is not supported and needs a newer version of pilot app. It also tells me to uninstall pilot app on the crystal sky. It then point me to the download center. First, how to I uninstall the pilot app in order to reinstall a newer version of pilot app? Can I just factory reset the crystal sky and start over? I watched a video on the install process, but the crystal sky has several files it had downloaded in the past and sorting them isn't helping as no date is showing. Can I clear the downloads so I only see the one I recently downloaded? Sorry, I'm a macOS person, and the android system, to me, is very confusing.
