Hi Folks,

i wonder if someone could give me some assistance. I received my shiny new x5s camera today and unpacked it with high hopes. What I have found is that no matter what i calibrate, the camera sits off to the left. I have done the imu and then gimbal calibration to no avail. Customer care is useless and they have said I should return it which is quite annoying considering how much I paid for it. It seems their answer to every issue is to "return it" or "send for repair"

I'm assuming this is not normal? As it stands it is approx 10 degrees off centre. When the drone powers up the camera does its dance and looks like it is centred, then it adjusts itself off to the left once again.

Any help is much appreciated.
