Drone Body/Bird Only

I'm looking to build some redundancy into my fleet for backup. "if you have one you have none" kinda deal. 1 issue and I cant fly thermal.

I'm flush with controllers & batteries so I really only need a spare bird.

Anybody know where I can buy a Matrice 4T or 4TD drone only from a RELIABLE source.??? Most of the bigs (Adorama/B&H etc) say they cant sku bird only sales.


Could always go with a slightly less pricey Autel but ideally I'd have a streamlined fleet

I tried to find a drone sold as aircraft only and found that the prices asked were close to what I could buy the whole package for.

I used US Drone Supply as their kit price for the 4T wilderness was exceptionally priced for the contents. I also farmed out accessories to B&H and Adorama due to better prices and in-stock quantities. One thing to note, if you buy the higher watt charger strips, you WILL NEED the appropriate power supply for them. You cannot charge on a USB-C cable and a watt-rated brick. The specs do not tell you these are required to work; you find out the hard way and then have to find the P/S and wait longer. FedEx screwed me on the expedited shipping as I live in a rural area, and they were supposed to deliver on Wednesday, ended up being Thursday, which set my schedule back 2 days, but whatever. I won't pay for expedited shipping again. All in all, USDS came through. I sent them great product reviews and will buy items from them again if the need arises, and they have the stock. Just remember, when farming out parts, get enough to hopefully qualify for free shipping and get that price knocked off.
Kit was the 4T drone, controller, 2 extra sets of props, 4 total batteries, spot light, charger, and multiple adapters/cords. I also got the charger adapter from them as well as the speaker. 8350 for that order, and I think it was 225 for the power supply.
B&H was extra props and 2 more batteries. Adorama was the 2 sets of prop guards and the charge strip, which came out to just over 310.00

So all in all, you want the lowest price, you'll have to farm things out or look for kits in your budget. i think with everything i got, SD cards, lights, extra sticks, screen protector, etc., I am just shy of 9800ish. IMO not terrible for a newer gen thermal with pretty much all the accessories.

I thought about US Drone Supply as well as the Deer Recovery site.

I gambled and went with an eBay seller and it worked out. $5700 + tax, free shipping and tarriffs paid (Though I did get an ~$18 charge from UPS).
This was the normal Universal kit with everything and one battery.
The seller also accepted returns.
