Hi everyone,
We are using Matrice 30 for search and rescue missions. In some situations, the medicine and supplies needed may reach upto 1 kg. In such situations, the aircraft gives "Motors heating up, land immediately" warning just after take off. How to turn off this warning in extreme situations? How to make sure it doesn't do forced landing in forest and return to home?

How to turn off this warning in extreme situations?
You cannot turn off the warning and you don't want to turn it off. It is letting you know that the motors have reached a dangerous temperature and that a forced landing may happen in an attempt to save your drone from a fall from sky event. The warning is a good thing so you can have a plan to either ditch the payload or be prepared to emergency land.

You cannot stop the drone from trying to save itself.

If your operations are at a high above sea level area, using the 1676 High Altitude Propeller may help out, but the M30T does not have a high weight payload capability.

You would be better served attempting to mitigate the risks from these flights than trying to stop the drone from saving itself.
Since it seems that you must have the payload this heavy, your best bet is using an aircraft that better suits your needs. Maybe a Matrice 350 or even better a DJI Flycart.

We did evaluate FlyCart 30 but its main issue was no thermal imaging which limits operating at night. Plus it gets very difficult to locate persons with FPV. If there can be an after market solution for H30T with FlyCart 30, it will best suit Search and Rescue and Public Safety needs.

That would indeed be a very nice solution!
Sorry I could not be of much help with your problem.
