USA San Francisco Bravo Airspace Waiver

Try to give a phone call to ATC that correspond to Class B approach area where you plan to operate about day in advance (AFD will have a phone number). Start by stating the UAS registration number and ask nicely if they can accommodate drone operations at such and such location at this altitude and between this and this time. You will need aviation transceiver and if they approve your request, you will be provided with frequency to report in at the beginning of your operations (Wait for pause in ATC - pilots communications, so you will not be cutting anyone off and say "San Fransisco (East) Approach Inspire FA00000 (your reg. number) is checking in over Main Street Park operating (your location on terminal chart) at 100 feet (your planned altitude) for next 20 minutes San Fransisco East Approach". Wait for confirmation and repeat it back with you registration number preceding. When finished contact approach again and say that you concluded your operations. You are a pilot so you know how to communicate with ATC.)
Normally you should not have any problems to get authorization to fly about 100-200 feet above trees or buildings in a mile radius. If they say it is not possible at the time requested ask if some other alternative time is available.
As long as ATC controlling airspace authorizes the flight you are completely legal from FAA stand point.
If everything is done well first time you will not have any problems getting permissions to operate in SF Class B in the future.

I don't know of any airport that will accept the call for an authorization. Believe they all require the 90 day portal hurdles
