Hello all M300/M350 and Zenmuse L2 Pilots!

I've recently had a new issue come up with data captured by our Zenmuse L2 flown on an M300 or it might be an issue with DJI Terra.

The issue: Poor RTK Status before processing data in DJI Terra.
Shows as red trajectory lines. DJI Terra says these trajectories come from the .RPT file in the mission folder. This file is present in all our missions.

The software: DJI Terra 4.30 - 4.4.0 - 4.5.0 - 5.0.0

What changed: We have never seen a "Good" or "Poor" RTK status before. Its always been Excellent and green lines.

Effect of issue: None seemingly... We have completed one project last month which is the first project we noticed this issue with. The data processed fine and the accuracies were within expectation.

Is anyone else experiencing this and has it had any detrimental effect on your data? What could be causing it? And is there any solution for it?

Thanks all!

Hello!
Just wondering if anyone ever figured this out or is having the same issue. I have had the same problem on the past two missions I have flown. I have never seen anything other than excellent (green) trajectories. Same as you the data does not seem to be affected as far as I know based on spot checks in the field, but it makes me nervous since obviously we can't check the entire site. I am connected to an RTK VRS network and have had no issues with accuracy or precision with our rover on the same site. I have updated the firmware whenever prompted in the field as well.

-Thanks

I'm not sure if this is the right thread, but I recently had a "similar" issue. I have always processed data using PPK in Terry (cumbersome, but effective). For my latest flight, I got partial Green (Excellent) and partial Red (Poor) status within one flight and across two flights. Usually, when I upload my OBS file from my Base Station, I get no errors and all green lines. This time, I got the notification that I was missing some key files (I'm not) and the issue I just described. Interestingly, when I check the RPT file, I see that some L2 images have an RTK STATUS of 16 (FLOAT), while others have RTK STATUS: 52 (FIXED)...but again, I wasn't even using RTK. Doing some general testing (before processing), I changed all the STATUS to 52, and all the lines turned green. I plan to run tests on both data set options and will report back with anything significant.
