Loud Gimbal

Finding that the gimbal is sporadically very loud after calibration on the ground. Always when pointed directly forward. Seems to be performing fine in the air however sometimes on return it is also very loud. Thoughts?

I'm on LI as well, near Huntington .. I'm considering upgrading to the X5, would be very interesting to see it in person. Yours is the first comment regarding gimbal noise from the x5 that I've come across in my research.

What lens? Did you use balance ring and hood?

I'm having a loud noise comming from the gimbal on the x5 as well. It's like its rubbing and then vibrates really loud. Took it out of the box last night and immediately found that issue
