USA How do I start a business in the USA?

What is the process for starting a business in the USA? I'm currently certified in Australia and would like to move my business to the USA (I'm an American Citizen) in the future. Do you have to have a PPL, is there a separate rating for drone operators?

Can I transfer my current certification and pending UOC to the US or do I have to start over?

USA does not offer reciprocity to operators of different countries. Currently you need a minimum of a sports license. They do not currently offer a UAS operator certificate yet. They are supposed to have it by next year but I doubt it, probably 2 years away. I have a PPL however I have heard that you can get a sports license through hot air balloon training for about half the cost of a PPL but that is just hearsay to me.
