Hi Everyone... Here's some hope for those soft videos with the X5. The sharpness sweet spot may be f5.6 according to the review below. With a camera such as the X5 where the user has the ability to change settings a lot can go wrong and some videos may not represent the camera well.

Exactly what I said in post 15 of this thread - all lenses have a sweet spot as there is no such thing as a perfect lens.....they are all a compromise. Well at this price point they are anyway.
