Firmware (V1.3.1.82) upgrade stuck at 99%?

Hi..Im running upgrade to V1.3.1.82 using proper version of DJI assistant 2 on a windows laptop. No problems with USB connection from laptop to M100. DJI Assistant uploaded the file and was monitoring the % complete status. Its now at 99% with M100 status light blinking yellow. Has been stuck at 99% for about 15 mins now. No beeps from the M100. I do notice that only 1 battery LED is lit solid...the 2nd LED away from the button.

Any ideas what to do when stuck at 99%? its been at this status for about 20 mins.

any tips appreciated.

Well....I finally disconnected the usb cable as it was stuck at 99% and the screen said 100% and showed some sort of error about Battmgr. Im assuming it got stuck when trying to update the battery. See attched screen shot. Restarted M100 and reconnected assistant and it showed it was updated to v1.3.1.82
