Hi brains trust, I'm trying to get the log files off my crystal sky and it worked before using this method from Heliguy 'How to get flight logs off of a DJI Crystal Sky'
But now Explorer is crashing. I've tried clearing caches, rebooting and plugging in various SD cards and USBs and connecting the CS to my computer Micro-USB to USB, with and without the drone/controller and they're stuck on the internal memory.
Maybe unrelated but odd is my DJI Pilot flight record screen is empty while I'm connected to the internet. We don't use airdata
Are my log files lost or is there another way to get them? Or can I find the DJI tracklogs elsewhere in my DJI account?
