DJI 4T Thermal / IR Zoom beyond 2x, is it possible?

I am new to this site, as I recently purchased a 4T and absolutely love all the features. Way too many to even start to comprehend yet, but working on it. One of them is simple. How do you increase the IR zoom beyond the default 2x. I was told IR would go to 5x max, but I can not seem to do it. Just wondering if someone knows how, or a short video link? Thanks!

It should be able to zoom to 28X.

Don't be in SBS (Side by Side) mode.

On the right side use the + or -. The chain links indicate whether to link the thermal zoom level to the RGB level.
