Deserialiser disconnected hardware error?

I was flying my drone a couple of days ago and had no issues. Take the drone out of the case and try to fire it up, I get this weird error message out of the blue. Deserializer disconnected, hardware error. I can turn on the drone and move the gimbal around with the remote. However I can't get DJI go to see the drone anymore. It won't even give me the option to select the matrice 600. Has anyone come across this issue and do you have an idea how to fix it? Using the iPad with the lightbridge 2 remote. Any input would be nice thank you.

Are you using DJI GO or trying to use DJI GO4? Which drone model is this?

Actually, I replaced the black ribbon cable in the remote with a new one and it's fine now. DJI go,m600p

That´s great to know, you're flying again! If you need an extra or spare remote, new in the box, let me know.
