Deserialiser disconnected hardware error?

I was flying my drone a couple of days ago and had no issues. Take the drone out of the case and try to fire it up, I get this weird error message out of the blue. Deserializer disconnected, hardware error. I can turn on the drone and move the gimbal around with the remote. However I can't get DJI go to see the drone anymore. It won't even give me the option to select the matrice 600. Has anyone come across this issue and do you have an idea how to fix it? Using the iPad with the lightbridge 2 remote. Any input would be nice thank you.

Are you using DJI GO or trying to use DJI GO4? Which drone model is this?
I will try to help you or have you hopefully solved this already?

Hi there I just wondered if anyone could help with this, I have a DGI inspired 1 and it’s come up with a fault Code Deserializer disconnected?

Hello djiuser_...

Your Inspire 1 may have been updated with firmware that causes this error.
The first thing to try - without guarantee and at your own risk - is to roll back to an older firmware version.

You will need the correct firmware from 2015, as well as a debug file or the drone will not accept to downgrade.
These two files you put on an SD card and you stick it into your drone.

You can contact me for further support.
