Camera settings locking in App

Does anyone have the issue of video size/frame rate, color mode etc, anything on that settings tab locking upon launch (W/X4S).Its happening randomly and I haven't been able to find out what's exactly doing it. I thought Ive read another thread about it but im never sucessful with spending time to research threads. I end up spending more time than doing this, sorry and thank you.
