UK CAA PFAW Application (New) Process

My PFAW was due to expire on 29 Oct 16, so I sent all the renewal paperwork to CAA 6 weeks before the expiry date on 15 Sep 16.

Ops Manual updated with all the new ANO references etc.

They debited £112 from my account on 20 Oct 16.

STILL NO PFAW Renewal, despite reminder E Mail.

Should I fly LOL?

Give them a call. I've found the CAA fairly helpful when speaking to then on the phone.
