I've done this before by importing an KML/KMZ file as a shared annotation in Flight Hub 2. It allowed me to see the property line in the live view as I was flying a deer survey mission. I have tried multiple ways of recreating this, and I cannot figure out a way for this to work again. I've turned AR street view off/on. I've imported PDF as a design file layer and nothing happens. Has anyone else been able to get this feature to work recently?

Are you sure the sharing is correct in Flight Hub 2 for the annotations?
I also remember this working as you described and hope it has not changed since I have LAANC zones in Flight Hub 2 which made it easy to see where controlled air space started when we had to fly close to out airport.

I'm pretty certain this was the same way I have it set up the last/only time I've been able to do this.
