Arm lock error on m30t

Yes. We had that error from day one on an M30T.

We used the free, complimentary Standard Maintenance that came with the drone.
I noted in the comments of the maintenance application about this error and another problem we had with the drone.

It was fixed under warranty since the drone was still under warranty and was still under DJI Enterprise Care.

I highly recommend sending the drone in for maintenance, especially because in the US, the RPIC must follow the manufacturer's guidleines for maintenance or develop thier own program if the manufacturer does not provide one.

DJI fixed all issues, deep cleaned the drone, replaced several other components to include the propellers and provided shipping to and from for free.

They sent a maintenance report that was added to our Record Management System.

What did they do to fix that error if they noted it? We have had our over 2 years now so the warranty is out. We just started to have the error. I am attempting to figure out this issue with faster fix because this is for a fire department drone and it happen to me today while searching for a missing drowning subject.

Our drone was for our beach patrol. and DJI's Maintenance Report does not specifically state what they did to fix this issue.

They did replace the following:
Video Transmission Antenna Landing Gear
Frame Arm Adapter Upper Cover
Lower Cover Rear Landing Gear
Propeller
Battery Release Toggle
Gimbal Rubber Damper
4G Dongle Cover
Update & Calibration Updated and Calibrated
Good Condition; Update and Calibration
Not Required
IMU Calibration
Compass Calibration
Single Motor Test
Vision Sensor Calibration
Remote Controller Firmware Update
Aircraft Firmware Update
Battery & Battery compartment Firmware


You might want to call and check with Cloud City Drones. They offer repair services and may know offhand what to replace and they stock repair parts.

I would personally send it in for the repair and the corresponding maintenance needed (Basic, Standard or Premium/Deep). They may find other issues and Part 107 wants you to follow the manufacturer's guidelines if available, and the M30T has a dedicated Maintenance Manual with hardtime and on demand maintenance schedules.
