M4TD back from service — RC Plus 2 reboots in flight, thermal calibration off, weak signal

I use my M4TD for dawn thermal fawn rescue, so I can't send it away mid-season. It came back from authorized DJI service a week ago ("No Fault Found"), with three issues:

1. RC Plus 2 reboots mid-flight (twice) → aircraft triggers failsafe RTH. Logs show a 66-second controller dropout, signal at 100% right before, and "No network on remote controller" after — a reboot, not range loss.

2. Image transmission weak/lost even at close line-of-sight — signal goes orange even with the aircraft near and in clear view. LTE doesn't help.

3. Thermal absolute temperature way off — reads −17 to −30 °C on a +15 °C field, and the offset isn't even constant between flights.

Also worth flagging: the latest firmware completely kills the cameras on my aircraft, so I'm stuck on the December build (V16.01.0007) and can't just "update to latest." It came back from service with a mismatched RC (V01.64.0806 instead of the matching 0709) — I synced the RC down to 0709, but the issues persist, so it looks like hardware.

Anyone seen the RC Plus 2 rebooting in flight on the M4 series, the latest firmware killing the cameras, or thermal calibration corrupted after a service visit? Thanks
