XT2 won’t pan

Used Matrice 210 last night. The XT2 would spin at startup and a picture would show, but I was unable to move the camera with either master or assistant controller. I was able to control other camera. Sync’ing cameras did not work.

I then used other camera on the XT2 gimbal and then used spotlight and was able to work those correctly.

Is there a simple fix for this?

V1 or V2? Some payloads are inoperable depending on which connection slot you install into.

2. Ended up sending thermal camera back to FLIR. Didn’t work on a different drone either.
