X5 Fan?

Does the X5 have a built in fan? The X3 does and it turns on almost as soon as it is powered up. It is quite a bit louder than the gimbal motors. This is a consideration for use of the X5 on the Osmo for video work.

It has heat sinks and I am assuming a fan, but I have not heard it turn on.
