I have tried updating this matrice 4t with the cord to a pc using the software manually, offline update, and regularly from the controller. It gets to 70% then the drone keeps acting like its restarting over and over and disconnects from the controller and reconnects but never gets over 70%. All batteries are fully charged but it just keeps failing....HELP!

Try deleting Assistant software completely from your computer and reinstall it. Another crazy thing I saw the other day was connecting to my phone and using DJI Fly solved my issue trying to update a Mini 5 Pro DJI drone.
