Hi there,
I'm flying my new M4E in GDA2020 / Zone 54, getting corrections from the government NTRIP service (baseline about 10kms).
I have flown this site many times with my P4RTK and have just rechecked the permanent GCPs, I've never had any issues.
I'm getting large variations in the results from the photogrammetry, so much so that I borrowed another M4E to check and it behaves the same. See RMSE values below.
I'm connected via starlink and it says fix for the full flight. The flight settings were the same between the three drones, overlap, height etc.
I have run this through in Terra and Virtual surveyor, both show large inaccuracies in the M4E location data.
Has anyone else run into this type of problem? I've attached a screenshot of the RTK data in the M4E while it is saying 'FIX', but there is a large variation...

The RMSE of each flight is detailed below:
P4RTK: 0.013m
Hire Drone (M4E): 0.313m
My M4E: 0.218m

Are you using both GCPs and Check Points?
What are the errors like on the individual check points? Is it in just the X, Y or just the Z?

Are the errors consistent on every check point?
Check the RTK flag in the metadata also, DJI's FIX can be pretty lenient. Make sure all images have an RTK Flag of 50. If you have the one option where you lose RTK and it keeps FIX, this "false fix" will have degrading accuracy as the flight continues. I keep this turned off.

Are you using just Nadir images? If so you will need the Altitude optimization turned on to eliminate the vertical error.

Another possibility is did you switch which Base you were using in Pilot 2? If you change your base you have to restart the drone and controller each time you change the base.
