I realise I probably should have read the manual so apologies in advance. New owner of a Matrice 4e, I am used to my Mavic 3 pro and it’s quick transfer ability via the DJI app. However, when I open up the DJI app, it doesn’t recognise the M4e. I assume it is because it is an enterprise Drone and not a consumer Drone. However, I would like to transfer a few images quickly from the Matrice to my phone. Is there a way to do that without having to remove the microSD card?

1. If you use a USBC - USB A cable made for data transfer connect the drone to a computer to transfer files. The drone must be on.

2. I use the remove SD card, place into adaptor method since it is just as fast as using the cable.

3. If by DJI app you mean DJI Assistant 2, you must have the correct version to work with our Enterprise drone, and also the latest version as some of the older version may not work with our new drone.

Link to the correct DJI Assistant 2:

You can also use Flight Hub 2.
You just configure in the Flight Hub 2 screen on Pilot 2 to upload images and videos.
Go to Flight Hub 2 (They offer a free account).
Create a Project and configure it.
Go into your project (You must have created a Project first)
Go to Media.
Choose the files you want to download with a check to the left of them.
Use the Compress and Download feature.
