USA special civil coa issues

so im filling out the climb performance characteristics section...

is this the max the inspire can climb at? or what we will be climbing at ? approaching speed ? turn rate? cruise speed? are we just suppose to estimate for these?

also when i enter my docket number it keeps telling me to enter a valid one... although I've checked the number and format like 50 times... already sent a email to FAA but going crazy here...

lastly it appears the online registrations numbers won't work to file the coa... It requests a N number which you only get if you file via notarized document and mail in and wait forever for it to return.

Nope, I have 6 submitted between 4/4/16 and 4/16/16 still waiting to be approved. They did get thru the first stage and are at ATC Facility Coordination.
