I'm new to RTK, and I'm an amateur ...

I've been trying to get a custom network setup without luck so far. I have a server address, port, login and password. I also need a mountpoint, which I had to do some research on. My understanding is that it's basically a pointer to a dataset. These appear to be the mountpoints available to me:

Mountpoint

Data Format

CMRx_NAD83(1996)CMRx
CMR_Plus_NAD83(1996)CMR+
RTCM_34_NAD83(1996)RTCM 3.4
RTCM_31_NAD83(1996)RTCM 3.1
CMRx_NAD83(2011)CMRx
CMR_Plus_NAD83(2011)CMR+
RTCM_34_NAD83(2011)RTCM 3.4
RTCM_31_NAD83(2011)RTCM 3.1
RTCM_23_NAD83(2011)RTCM 2.3
AGCMRXCMRx
AGCMRPCMR+
AGRTCM34RTCM 3.4
AGRTCM31RTCM 3.1

If I am to believe what I've found on the Internet thus far, I would want to use one of the RTCM mountpoints.

I know I have the server address and port correct, and they are reachable from my network - I can telnet to the IP/port.

I know I have the correct login, assuming the info I was sent is correct.

I believe I have the correct password ... in the sense that I've tried to resetting it to something very simple to avoid typos, and entered it numerous times.

I have tried all the RTCM mountpoints.

When I try to save I always get an unhelpful message that *something* is wrong. Basically it says anything I entered could be wrong ...

I found this website which appears to let you test an NTRIP source, Online NTRIP/RTCM Analyser (GPS Learn Tool). When I enter all my info and leave the mountpoint blank to browse, nothing gets returned in the resulting table. I also tried a specific mountpoint.

So because the test site above doesn't seem to be returning anything either, I'm thinking at this point I need to reach out to network I'm trying to connect to? Just wanted to see if this seems like the right conclusion, since I could be making some wrong assumptions with this all being new to me.

EDIT: I also verified the Internet is otherwise working on the controller

All that and I'm just dumb 🤡

When I signed up with the CORS network I was assigned a group name and a username. The login was listed as [group]/[user], which I mistakenly took to mean I could use either ... when in fact it's the full string.

Got an RTK fix real fast.
