RTK issue warning

Went to fly a project today and kept getting an orange RTK error in the RC controller. I have called DJI and refreshed software updates and even backed them off. Also tried to do an IMU calibration and it gets stuck about 20 % through. Matrice 4T
any help would be great

By RTK error, do you mean when you went into the RTK settings you had a Network error?
While I had this problem last year upon release, I have not had it recently except one time. The last time was due to my RTK/NTRIP provider's base station being down for a month.
Maybe try to use a different CORS or base and see if that is the problem?
