I am making this thread for posting the newest review videos for this new DJI Enterprise offering.
This one just came out and is one of the more thorough reviews.
The hybrid zoom on this drone is very good. The M30 beats it with 200x, but this 112x is quite good for such a small drone.
Also the new HiRes thermal mode has your thermal view looking quite incredible. Anomalies should pop out when viewing and they didn't even get into live tuning the image.
The live AI function looks great also. From what they showed it seems to work okay out of the box. I am sure these algorithms will get better in the future. I wish they showed the AI when viewing images and the HiRes Grid images since in images the AI can count up to 1000.
The new Cruise mode works both horizontal or vertical or both! This will make it easy to do certain tasks smoothly while operating other controls.
I am super impressed so far.
I hope to see some mapping reviews in terms of quality of the ortho and cloud as well as accuracy and precision without GCPs and just Check Points.
I also would like to see if the HiRes thermal images play nice with photogrammetry software since that kind of software does not like anything to be done to your images such as Dewarping.
Enjoy!
