You did not elaborate and the following is speculation.
You are most likely using an older version of DJI Thermal Analysis Tool.
You need to update to DJI Thermal Analysis Tool 3.3.3 for the Matrice 4 T RJPEG to work.

Also while you are there download the newest version of DJI Assistant 2 2.1.14 as the older version I had did not work with the new Matrice 4 series.
