Prop change

Hi all

Had a minor altercation with a tree in gusty condistions and two of the props are broken. I've tried unscrew the hex screws with hex key provided. On each prop I have managed to unscrew one but not the other which seems to be mega tight and now I risk stripping the hex head on screw. has anyone else experienced this and/or has any tips ?
