Pilot Error Results in Matrice 4T Crash

My Matrice 4T crashed into a wall during a night flight, resulting in a broken gimbal and front leg. The total repair cost for both parts and labor was $400. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to ask.

Sorry to hear about your crash. But that's great that you got it fixed!

It's obstacle avoidance does not work well at night and I guess the spotlight isn't enough light to make it work right.

So sorry that is not a good feeling ,but what happens ?
Did you already cheched carefully the environment before the flight, especially at landing time?
Or it was lack of visibility in the darkness of the environment?
Looking at the images of the accident, I see that you are descending the drone very quickly and with imprecise movements. At night, all movements have to be smooth to have time to react to any problem.

I have a MATRICE 4T and the gimbal came loose, which damaged the PTZ cable. Does anyone know where or how we can get a replacement? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

I am not sure what market you bought your drone from. Did you not receive DJI Care with your purchase? If so, I would just use Care, they most likely will just send you a new drone.
