I am not sure what market you bought your drone from. Did you not receive DJI Care with your purchase? If so, I would just use Care, they most likely will just send you a new drone.Hi everyone! I had something similar happen
I have a MATRICE 4T and the gimbal came loose, which damaged the PTZ cable. Does anyone know where or how we can get a replacement? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
