New owner of a Matrice 4E. I've flown more than 120 commercial Part 107 hours with Mavic 2 Pro and Mavic 2 Zoom drones. I've read the documentation and done Perplexity and ChatGPT searches and cannot find the answer to what should be very obvious questions:
1) How can I change the still photo settings from 4K resolution and 4:3 aspect ratio? I can change the format to RAW, RAW+JPG, JPG but I can't find a way to change the resolution and aspect ratio.
2) How do I tell the M4E to use my MicroSD card for storage of photos and videos? I have a 256GB card in the drone that exceeds specs. I have formatted the card via settings, but cannot find out how to determine the storage location of photos and video.

In the main menu of UAV Health Management System you should see "Payload I" in green showing the sd card storage, if not something wrong with the Sd card
In the RC plus 2 in photo/setting appears resolution as wel ratio and format but I not sure if you can change it , in my case not because I use the M4T

Hello.

1. You cannot change the aspect ratio.
2. The Matrice 4 Series only has SD card storage and no internal storage. So it is saving all images to the SD card. I am unsure what you mean about finding the location. To remove your images you can plug the drone into a PC (drone must be on) or remove the SD card and plug into a PC with an adaptor if needed.

Thanks. That answers it. By "location" I was referring to the storage location for photos (which can be changed on the M2P and M2V that I've been flying). And, yup, I'll just plug it into my PC via USB C to USB C and pull the images from the drone. And, I've got an adapter (several actually!) in case I need to do it by removing the microSD. They clearly didn't design the microSD card slot for easy access!
