Max Altitude:1640?

That seems to be the artificial limit imposed everywhere in Canada here anyway. 500m or 1640 ft.
 
I need NavCanada permission to fly above 400'. Isn't it the same there in the US? Part 107 and FAA permission?
Absolutely, unless you are flying over a structure, in that case FAR 107.51 says:

(b) The altitude of the small unmanned aircraft cannot be higher than 400 feet above ground level, unless the small unmanned aircraft:
(1) Is flown within a 400-foot radius of a structure; and
(2) Does not fly higher than 400 feet above the structure's immediate uppermost limit.
