Hello everyone,

I'm new to the forum, and I hope somebody can help me...
I'm trying to get the Matrice 4t, and one vendor is telling me that I'm not going to be able to get one for about 3-6 months if not more time, and if somebody tells me differently, they are probably not following the correct procedure to import the drone into the USA. I have some online vendors who assure me they can get me the drone in one to two weeks. Who should I trust? I'm confused here... I can see many of you are already getting the Matrice 4t, I'm so jealous!
Thank you in advance!

Drone Nerds is the largest DJI Enterprise dealer in the USA (At least they were in the past). They can get a larger allotment than other dealers. My preferred dealer that is local has not received any yet and does not have a timeline.

If you are worried about Drone Nerds maybe selling a non-North American variant (With associated problems) you should not worry. They are legit. I used to use them as my primary vendor until they got too big and lost their customer service aspect in terms of calling and asking questions. They were never a problem with ordering drones though.

Buy with a credit card since credit cards offer the best consumer protection. I always use the same cash back card. Unfortunately my credit card also offers enhanced warranty and protection, but it does not cover aircraft.

I bought my m4t from Covert Drones
Fast shipping, best price I could find with spotlight and 4 batteries.
Dude wD responsive to my emails and questions.

It’s worth noting that they are a grey market dealer, the stuff they sell is not covered by warranty or Care.
As noted multiple times on his page.
And yes, it is covered under manufacturer warranty, verified thru DJI.
DJI Care becomes available, and may be add it at a later time.
For now - personal articles policy it is.

I don't see how Care would ever be available or the warranty could be valid. They were not an authorized dealer last I knew of.

Not the end of the world - just worth noting for others who see this thread.
