Matrice 4T controller suddenly loses connection

Hi pilots.
I have a problem with the Matrice 4T, suddenly the screen on the controller goes blank for no more than 1-2 seconds and goes back to the main menu. I can go back to the fly screen and everything is normal again, sometimes I get a message on the screen in Chinese that obviously I can’t read. This happened in different open fields (no interference). I have the latest updates on firmware on both the controller and the drone.
I got this drone 6 months ago.
Any advice on what to do?

Sounds like the app is crashing. Perhaps triggered by a bug in the latest updates? You should still have full control over the drone even during the screen blackout. Maybe try refreshing the updates through DJI Assistant, or contacting DJI to see if it is a known issue.

Where did you end up buying your Matrice 4T from?

Thanks for the reply, I’ll have to check with DJI, because I tried refreshing the updates and the problem continues…
I end up buying the drone at Adorama…

Having a similar issue with my Matrice 4T. The controller screen freezes mid-flight. RTH kicked in first time, I was able to fly it back safely second two times. I've plugged the controller into DJI Assistant 2 software and refreshed firmware and am downloading the log now. Only been flying the drone for one week while conducting fieldwork in Falklands. Asked Google for help, beyond refreshing firmware it doesn't seem there's much else i can do. Delete cache? Format SD card? Any other suggestions?
