Matrice 4E & DJI Terra

Hello,
I have the trial version of DJI Terra that comes with the Matrice 4E, I can not bind Terra with the Matrice, nor can I find the Matrice camera model in Terra. Is there a workaround? Will this version of Terra allow for model output, or do I have to upgrade to the paid version?

Did you receive the email from DJI upon activation of your M4E?

The trial version will output models.

I think the email containing relevant info was on the memory card supplied with the drone. You should get 12 months of a free trial. Can also get 6 months free DJI Modify.
Yes you can get outputs from Terra.

I was able to activate my 12 months DJI Terra. I received an email with the activation. The instructions are kind of clunky. You need to sign into DJI Terra with the same DJI ID your drone is bound to. Once I did that it activated for me with no issues.

what version of dji terra is the trial, because have 4 types of licence? Is flagship or standard? or wath licences?

If Iam not wrong terra doesn't support M4 series just old models

DJI Terra supports and works well with the Matrice 4 series.

The free 1 year subscription will only work for images from your Matrice 4 series aircraft. Unfortunately you cannot process images from other aircraft.

I see with the new version now are more drone's available for a new mission , by the way I have processed images from another aircraft not DJi without any issues in previous version 4.5 and 5.0.1

I was referring to the free subscription of Terra that you get with your purchase of a Matrice 4 series aricraft.

I have the question about the Trial version of Terra. The export function does not give me any options on formats such as Geotiff.
