Matrice 4E background image

Any advice out there on how to load a background image onto the new Matrice 4E controller? I am attempting to load a mbtiles file in the same fashion as the Matrice 350 however the controller does not seem to recognise the file on my USB. What filetype is required?
I also cannot find anywhere in the manual.l

I used a PNG file I created as a logo for my business. I put the file on the memory card in the Pictures/Screenshots folder, then I copied that file to the same directory on the controller's internal storage. Once that was done, I went to settings -> display and you can choose "wallpaper". The interface was a bit clunky, and I had trouble getting it centered, but attached is the result.

FYI the issue was that the controller only seems to recognise the SD card. Files do not load on the Matrice4E controller using the USB port
