The new Matrice 4 Series has a dedicated Maintenance Manual just like the M30 and M300/350 Series.
It has some interesting items such a hardtime parts replacement as well as a Basic and Standard Maintenance conducted by DJI. The M30 and 300/350 have a Premium Maintenance where wearing parts are replaced along with most of the flight propulsion system (ESC's, motors and propellers). There is no Premium Service listed for the Matrice 4 Series. This Premium Maintenance is expensive with the M30 and M300/350 @ just over $1000. This could change though in future Maintenance Manuals.
Some interesting items to note:
Hardtime propeller changes at 1 year or 200 flight hours.
Gimbal dampener changes at 1 year or 200 flight hours.
Testing criteria for the GPS/GNSS stating a time to FIX.
IMU sesnor readings after calibration
Compass interference level
Hardtime replacement of wearable parts at 1 year or 200 flight hours
I think sUAS maintenance is severely overlooked in the drone industry today. I like how DJI has this available for Enterprise drones as well as some professional drones.
I hope they soon offer this to their hobby and prosumer level drones.
I currently use DJI Maintenance on my current Enterprise drones and the service for the most part is top notch and profesionally done.
