I finally was able to process a 3D model with a close to target mission.
DJI Terra was able to do this with almost any dataset and has the better looking model, but I have been having problems uploading the data to my sharing platform without it being down sampled.
For now here is the output from Agisoft Metashape Pro.
I did not use DJI Pilot 2's Local mode where you fly a mapping mission, process a point cloud on the RC Plus controller and then have the aircraft fly the mission.
I used Agisoft's Flight Planner, which works very similar.
I flew a mapping mission using Pilot 2. In Agisoft I processed a low quality OBJ model. Agisoft then made a flight plan of waypoints to ensure full coverage of the building and to keep the aircraft at a consistent 6 meters from the building.
You then upload the mission to Pilot 2.
Agisoft's Mission

The 3D model came out rather well.
Link:
The glass on the bay doors was the only major problem area.
The model's resolution is so good that you could inspect the outside of the building from it, and if I processed this project as an inspection project, you could inspect, annotate and then print a inspection report from it.
I will try again to share DJI Terra's results, as its model is a notch or two better.
