I would think you have a bad copy, the image quality collapses too much on the edges. That kind of edge softness cant be feature of this price range lens.

This lens wasn’t that cheap.

Yes some level for sure, but if you look horizontal line of JCFP`s pictures, you can clearly see the optics are not collimated properly. Right side of image shows up much softer and distorted than right side.

If someone else would have pictures taken with this lens, it would be nice to see how it compares to JCFP`s.

Hi, I bought this lens and I am delighted with what it can do at night, but unfortunately after 2 tries I see that half of the lens is not sharp, strange. I read that not only I have a problem with it, has anyone found a solution?

The only ‘solution’ is to send it back and get another and hope it isn’t even worse.
There is no magic fix.
