How to Continue 2D Mapping Route After Signal Lost on Matrice 4E?

Hi, I recently purchased the DJI Matrice 4E and I'm currently setting up a 2D mapping (route) mission. However, I can't find any setting that allows the drone to continue the route if the connection to the remote controller is lost.

I’ve checked the Camera View settings, but there’s no “Continue mission” option under “Signal Lost Behavior” — it only shows RTH and Hover. In the Route Setup, I only see options for behavior after the mission is complete, not during signal loss.

I was previously using the Mavic 2 Pro, and it had the ability to continue the mapping route even when the connection was temporarily lost. I assumed the Matrice 4E would offer similar functionality.

Is there a way to enable the drone to continue the route if signal is lost? Or is this feature not supported on the Matrice 4E with Pilot 2?

Update:
I’ve figured it out — turns out the “Continue mission on signal loss” option appears right before uploading the flight route to the drone. It’s not in the usual Camera View or Route Setup menus.

Nice find!

Thank you for sharing. I have yet to have this happen as all of my missions have had good connection throughout the flight.
But, I will make sure to look at this setting in future missions.
